One time. We learn how your academy runs, configure DOJO CORE around it, and import your existing member roster. Initial adjustments after launch are included in the setup fee. What you ask for changes the number, so we always send a quote before starting.

Up to 300 members: $100/month. 301+ members: $200/month. Hosting, updates and support included. Month to month, cancel any time.

Per request, quoted and accepted in writing before we start. We take the time to check it can be done, then come back with a price and a timeline.
All amounts in US dollars, exclusive of any tax that applies in your country. Japanese academies can be invoiced in Japanese yen at the same level.
Payment is by credit card, normally; bank transfer can be arranged on request. We use Stripe for payments.
Everything outside what comes as standard. Only the academies that need it, only as much as they need.
So that when a payment stops, entry stops with it. Money is the one place you cannot afford mistakes, so the connection and the testing take time. That pushes the setup fee up.
SubPro is our own video subscription service. Anyone can build their own video subscription on it.
Connect it to the DOJO CORE member page and your members watch your review footage and technique videos from the same page that holds their card. It is a much fuller service for them.
You can also charge separately for that footage, which makes it a new source of income for the academy.
It is a separate service of ours, so it is priced separately. Ask us.
Priced per location. We can give you one combined view across them, but it is still billed as two. Simply moving premises stays on the same contract.
Both are possible, but we usually recommend keeping DOJO CORE on our managed environment for easier maintenance and support.
Printed materials are not part of the standard service. If you already have finished assets, we may be able to adapt them for an additional fee.
We do not collect it for you. We never touch your members' money and we take no percentage of it. We can connect DOJO CORE to the system you collect with, priced separately.

No. The card goes into Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, already on their phone. Everything else is a web page.
